We invite you to the 7th conference "Species and genetic diversity of the Pleistocene and Holocene fauna in Eurasia" which is an annual meetings of the "Centre for Research on the Pleistocene and Holocene Fauna of Europe" Consortium andwill be held on September 3rd-6th, 2025, at the Educational and Scientific Center of the Silesian Voivodeship Landscape Parks Complex in Smoleń.
The conference topics include the latest results and research plans in the field of evolution, ecology, archaeozoology, diversity and biogeography of the Quaternary fauna of Eurasia. As every year, the main subject is research on the Pleistocene vertebrate fauna of Central Europe, but topics related to the Holocene fauna, other systematic groups (e.g. mollusks), actualistic research, and the entire continent of Eurasia are also welcomed.
The conference gets a financial support from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
