Each person has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any element thereof be ensured. The provision of information using an alternative access method can also be requested, e.g. by reading a document which is not digitally accessible, by describing the content of the movie without visual description, etc. The request should include the details of the requestor, the specification of the website or mobile application concerned, and the contact method. If the requestor asks for information to be provided using an alternative access method, he or she should also define the method of information presentation convenient to him or her. In the event the public entity refuses to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of information access, the requestor may complain about failure to provide the accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element thereof. Should the above procedure be ineffective, an application can also be filed with the Commissioner of Human Rights.
