We are proud to inform that on 5th of December 2019 the Polish Academy of Science General Assembly on Its 140th session chose new full and associate members of the Academy. Scientists from the Institute of the Geological Sciences, PAS have been awarded with this honour.
Prof. Stanisław Mazur - IGS PAS Deputy Director for Research and Head of the IGS PAS Cracow Research Centre - has become an associate member of the Academy. Prof. Andrzej Żelaźniewicz - head of the IGS PAS Wroclaw Research Centre for many years - has become a full member of the Academy.
